NieR: Automata, Fire Emblem Heroes, Resident Evil 7, Super Mario Odyssey also win awards
Nintendo‘s The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wildgame won the award for Game of the Year at The SXSW Gaming Awards ceremony event on Saturday.
The game also won the awards for Excellence in Gameplay and Excellence in Design.
The game also won Game of the Year at the 35th Golden Joystick Awards ceremony in London in November, and won Game of the Year at The Game Awards 2017 in December.

- Super Mario Odyssey: Excellence in SFX
- NieR: Automata: Excellence in Musical Score, Excellence in Technical Achievement
